The Amazing Chan and the Chan Clan comic book was based on the American animated cartoon series produced by Hanna-Barbera Pin 1972, based upon the Charlie Chan movie series of the 1930s and '40s. Now, probably "racist" to some. The voice of Mr. Chan, Keye Luke (who played Chan's son in some of the movies), is the only actor of Chinese descent to play the title character. In this series, Mr. Chan, his ten children and their dog Chu Chu solve mysteries.
