Years after his powers mysteriously disappeared, solar-powered superhero Ian Webster finds they have returned, along with the enigmatic Emlord, who warns of a terrible threat approaching. Perhaps more noteworthy for its backup feature The Silent Shores, the first of two prologues to Grant Morrison's uncompleted "Abraxas" story. Originally intended as a 100-page SF epic involving galactic conflict, Gnosticism, beautiful women and nasty aliens, Morrison had the whole story mapped out, but only these two 10-page prologues were ever published.
