Published in 1993, this series of "1963" comic books are tributes to silver age Marvel comic books. Alan Moore (with regular collaborators Steve Bissette, Dave Gibbons and Rick Veitch) created the series which claims to be stand-alone issues of different comics. They include hilarious fake ads and crazy letters to the editor. It's Moore at his goofiest, and paying homage to superheroes instead of trying to recreate them or drag them into the "real world."
