Blink, having been reprimanded by the X-Men leader Magneto, goes after Apocalypse's horseman Holocaust, but with dire consequences. She falls through a portal connecting Earth-295 with the Negative Zone, currently ruled by the tyrannical Blastaar. Together with the mysterious Ahmyor, Blink leads a rebellion against Blackstaar to win back the Negative Zone for the fallen leader Annihilus, not realising who Annihilus truly is.
