His name Slade Wilson, (or formerly the Terminator). He's a supervillain, and sometimes antihero - a mercenary and assassin. He first appeared in The New Teen Titans (1980 series) #2. Wizard Magazine rated him the 84th greatest villain of all time and the 72nd greatest comic book character of all time. Also, in 2009, Deathstroke was ranked as IGN's 32nd greatest comic book villain of all time.
Slade Wilson was sixteen years old when he first enlisted in the Army, having lied about his age. He adapted to modern conventions of warfare. As part of an army expierment, he was imbued him with enhanced physical powers in an attempt to create metahuman supersoldiers. (Sounds like Captain America).
