Ben Urich discovers that Morgan Hall is trying to form a crime syndicate and flees after being discovered; Ben and Angela Yin are chased by thugs for their pictures of the events; They discover that they've photographed Congressman Henry Adams cavorting with Susie Dawn, and Hall wants the pictures so he can blackmail Adams; The Daily Bugle runs the story and Adams confesses. Peter Parker saves Betty from being shot and they witness the murder of Jimmy Fude.
